Somatic practices inform my work as both a professional dancer and as a dance/movement psychotherapist. As an innate mover, I have always been drawn to the healing and transformative aspects of movement.

Being introduced to Continuum movement from my dance mentor, Robin Becker has truly guided me to a deeper understanding of my own mind, body, and spirit. Through this somatic study and inquiry, I have become a more expansive performer, accessing breath in my body and imagery in my mind as I dance.

The combination of dance and somatic inquiry led me to the path of dance/movement therapy where I use movement through a psychotherapeutic lens to guide others into a journey of their emotional, physical and cognitive selves.
