Claudia is an Italian actress, acting coach and jazz singer.

She runs a family with two amazing daughters. 

She dedicates her life to embody and spread the attitude of Self inquiry in all aspects of being and in the expression of creativity.

Continuum always leads me at the stargate  towards  the integration  of the mind-body, which reveals  the path for a full incarnation  of the spiritual dimension in life.

The aliveness of this practice enhances  a  spaceless flow of awareness  from the boundaries of the embodiment to the unfolding of One’s Self -realization…

In Italian the word “meditation” is composed this way: medit-azione; “azione” literally means action. So the inquiry of Continuum turns to be inspirational to a deeper acknowledgment and manifestation of consciousness.

Immanence,  the way of transcendence!
